Bootcamp Yoga Fusion

Start your week off right with our Bootcamp Yoga Fusion. The first 25 minutes of this 50-minute session includes a yoga-based (full body) deep stretch and strength training routine, led by the amazing Tracey Celotti. This is followed by a high-energy, strength-based session that targets your WHOLE BODY through an intense 25-30 minutes of strength training and cardio. All levels of participants are welcome as all exercises can be modified to suit your ability!

Booty Camp

This BOOTY-focused class will activate and target one of the largest/most POWERFUL muscle groups in your body to help build a stronger overall physique. Glutes-specific work is balanced out by adding in additional whole body cardio with loads of resistance training exercises that target Glute growth! Suitable for everyone and always a crowd favourite! 

Deep Stretch &
Upper Body Conditioning

The perfect day for a restorative 20-minute full-body deep stretch followed by an intense 25-minute upper-body circuit. Work your entire core foundation with unique exercises, drills, and balance training that focus on your core and arms. Learn new moves to help sculpt your core and total body. This class is designed for all fitness levels.

Cardio B H.I.I.T.

Weights Edition

Work your muscular and cardiovascular endurance with this specific High Intensity Interval Training session. Take your fitness to the next level with 3 rounds of 30-second intervals where you provide your all-out effort followed by 10-second breaks in-between. Use dumbbells and your bodyweight in a fun, high energy, no-pressure environment. This back to basics class will provide you with a solid workout and help you stay on (or GET ON) the path to your best fitness!
