HIIT
HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a form of functional training in which you give your all-out effort through quick & intense bursts of exercise, followed by short (sometimes active) recovery periods.
Lift
Lift heavy.
Low-mid rep range.
...my fav form of training :)
Pilates
Low impact training that consists of slow, smooth, and controlled strengthening exercises. Lots of time under tension. Lots of reps. Lots of pulsing.
