Online Fitness Training



Bodsbyb is an online fitness program that provides Personal and Group Training sessions that focus on bettering your mental & physical well-being, while helping you reach your ultimate fitness goals. Prior to Bodsbyb, Bianca spent the past few years completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, and many years prior to this not only studying what goes into obtaining optimal health and fitness from a scientific standpoint, but also applying and testing these techniques out on herself. While completing her education Bianca had the pleasure of working as a Personal and Group Training Coach, where she was able to work with a large and diverse group of individuals. Her experience ranged from leading (in-person and online) Group Training Classes that had up to 35 participants, to one-on-one Personal Training Sessions.

Bianca's goal as your coach is to not only guide, motivate and push you into reaching your ultimate health and fitness goals. But to create a community that exists for anyone to show up, be held accountable, to create discipline & to get inspired!

If you’re looking to take your health and fitness to the next level, in a fun and motivating way, we encourage you to try our 7-Day Group Training free trial! There will be 4 live (and 8 recorded) differently styled Group Training sessions offered within each 7-Day period and you’re welcome to do as little or as many as you’d like!

Each session by Bodsbyb is suitable for all fitness levels!
