Bods by B is an online fitness program that provides Personal and Group Training Programs that are catered to your goals, while simultaneously focusing on bettering your overall fitness, health, and well-being! I have spent the past few years completing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, and many years prior to this not only studying what goes into obtaining optimal health and fitness from a scientific standpoint, but also applying and testing these techniques out on myself within my own health and fitness program. Within the most recent 3 years of my undergrad, I have not only furthered my education in this field but have been working as a Personal and Group Training Coach to share what I’ve learned with others. Through this experience I have had the absolute pleasure of training a large and diverse group of individuals. My experience has ranged from leading Group Training Classes that have up to 35 participants, to one-on-one Personal Training Sessions.

My goal as your coach is to not only guide, motivate and push you into reaching your ultimate health and fitness goals. But to create a community that exists for anyone to show up, be held accountable, to create discipline & to get inspired.

There will be 4 live (& recorded) different styled Group Training classes offered within each 7-Day period and you’re welcome to do as little or as many as you’d like!
