8-Week Challenge | 30–75 min/day Each week includes 5 workouts — do 1–5, whatever works best for you. You’ll experience five different training styles, giving you a well-rounded taste of each. Complete each style at least once and notice which workouts feel best. Repeat the ones you love weekly for 8 weeks for optimal results.
