Arguably my favourite day of the whole challenge🥹 I hope you guys love this workout as much as I do! HAPPY THURSDAY! I hope you’re feeling GREAT.


Today’s workout is full body with a heavy focus on CORE in so many different ways!! Once you complete Day 4 comment below how it feels to have 3 days of strength training complete 🥰✨

I had a rest day yesterday and skipped to mobility and loved. Exactly what my body needed! Tomorrow is athletic conditioning 🙌🙌🙌

Fun fact- I’m following the challenge as well & I didn’t get my upper body day in yesterday so I’ll be making up for that today & am posting this here to hold myself accountable😌
